Spring Break 2011

We took our week off from school and just relaxed.  No big plans were made, we just enjoyed sitting back and relaxing for a week.  We did make a visit to Fort Clinch in Fernandina Beach with Nana, Aunt Jeca, and Uncle Kyle. The boys were somewhat interested in the fort but far more interested in the beach!  Carter took to the water like a fish, inching farther and farther into the water.  If he had sensed in the slightest way that it was okay to go in, he would have!!  Tucker enjoyed the sand, he kept his distance from the water.  Once again, they are night and day!

Have you heard of Sanuk?

My aunt has a pair of flip flops that I absolutely love. They are by a company called Sanuk, and  they are made from yoga mats. While at the beach last week my brother purchased some for my mom but unfortunately they did not have my size in either color I wanted. So I came home, logged on to amazon.com and ordered them pronto!

I can not even begin to tell you how much I love these flip flops. They are beyond awesome, in my opinion. They are the most comfortable, supportive flip flops I've ever worn.  I am ordering a few different colors I love them so much!!!  You should really check them out, and order some too!  These would be great for vacations, especially if you plan on doing a lot of walking!

It's back.

This time of year always brings me a seasonal tattoo.  I'm not fond of it, and though it only lasts for a month... it drives me bonkers!  I'm not one to lay out in the sun, I just find that boring. However, living in the steamy state of Florida, and being a flip flop lover I am left with this. Isn't it just lovely?

You're jealous, I know. You don't have to be upset, you can have one too if you really want one. Best part, they're free! :) Be mindful of which shoes you choose to get your new tatt, the wider the strap of the flop, the wider the white line across the top of your foot. I learned that the hard way two years ago.  It takes an act of congress to tan this little white line, when all it took was two days at Disney to accomplish it.  Lovely.  Shall I try to self tan it, LOL!  Now there's a funny thought.
